1.) PAYMENT FIRST POLICY. 50% down payment is needed to secure the commission.
2.) No fixed rate. Outputs' prices may vary depending on its difficulty, deadline, etc.
3.) 0-2 days prior the deadline will be considered rush. (PHP 10 - PHP 30 rush fee)
4.) Clients should provide CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS, REFERENCES, GUIDELINES, AND DEADLINE.
5.) Lily has the right to decline tasks
6.) All personal information between the client and the commissioner must remain confidential
7.) No cancellations and refunds. LILY COMMS will not entertain cancellations once the transaction is secured.
8.) All clients must fill up the request form. Otherwise, messages will not be entertained.
9.) No timed quizzes or exams!
10.) Revisions are available within 24 hours
